Before working with Mark, the idea of drawing storyboards without an
artist seated right next to me would have made me cringe. He has this
unique ability to get inside of your head, visualize, illustrate, and
deliver the exact camera angle and composition you envisioned. While
concepting shooting boards
for a recent five spot campaign, he and I spoke over the telephone
exchanging ideas back & forth for about 30 minutes. Within one
hour I was receiving rough panels via email, and the process couldn't
have finished any smoother. Story-boarding "remotely" has become my
method of choice, largely due to the fact that Mark just gets it!
